Our mission is to educate and assist the Students & Alumni to make informed, strategic career decisions and to create a foundation for lifelong career management. The Training and Placement Cell and Education team believes in the development and growth of a strong, knowledge based relationship with every student that we work with. This relationship begins even before the students arrive at FIMT with online and telephone consultation. We work with students from pre-admission through graduation.

The Training and Placement Cell Staff provides a variety of formats for students to connect with Organizations and Conduct Interviews. We handle the application and interview process from Start to finish, and manage the communication between students and the employers. It is our goal to make process easy to participate for both the students and employers.

The Placement Cell maintains Database of leading Organisations & Industries in India. The Organisations are provided with the student's data to help them in recruiting the best brains to suit their Organisations
