The Career Management Center POST at FIMT  provides students various resources for networking and connecting with employment opportunities choosing a career is a consistent process of research, knowledge acquisition, and self-assessment. Learning about yourself - your interests, skills, values, and needs - and the spectrum of possible careers will enable you to make the most educated and appropriate decision for you.  At FIMT, students have both the opportunity and the responsibility to define their career goals and pursue an appropriate job-search process. While the Institute provides a superb community for networking and learning about employment opportunities, finding a satisfying position also depends on a student's unique background, energy, and desire to succeed.  Students work in conjunction with the Post Career Management Centre  skilled professional staff to launch their post-MBA careers across a broad span of industries, from not-for-profit enterprises to high tech marketing to ov er 200 top companies recruit on the FIMT  campus each year. The FIMTs network is truly global, with  members throughout the Country  and around the world, and represents a broad range of industries along the way.  With the applied learning opportunities and  intimate size of the student body, FIMT students have numerous points of access to alumni through internships, mentor relationships, and countless school, student and alumni sponsored events.   Whether to participate in a school-sponsored event or act as a mentor for students looking to break into a new career path, FIMT alumni are just a phone call or email away.
